This website uses cookies to make sure it works properly and to help us understand how people use it. This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can manage your preferences.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website. They help the site remember things like your preferences or whether you’ve accepted cookies before.
The cookies we use
- Functional cookies – required for the website to work correctly (for example, remembering your cookie consent choice). These do not collect personal data and cannot be turned off.
- Preferences – these cookies remember choices like your language, region, or display settings so the site can personalise your experience. They’re optional and not required for the site to work
- Examples include enabling Google Maps to display interactive maps.
- Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) – we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about how visitors use our site, such as which pages are visited most often. This helps us improve the content and usability of the website. Google Analytics cookies do not identify you personally.
Managing your cookies
When you first visit our site, you’ll see a banner asking you to set your cookie preferences. You can allow all cookies, reject all cookies, or view preferences and set which cookies are used.
You can also:
- Change or withdraw your consent at any time – tick a category to allow it, untick to refuse, your choice is saved straight away (essential cookies can’t be turned off) You have loaded the Cookie Policy without javascript support. On AMP, you can use the manage consent button on the bottom of the page.
- If you change your cookie preferences, the update will take effect the next time you refresh or load a new page. For example, if you turn off preferences cookies, services like Google Maps will show a consent message again after you refresh the page.
- Block or delete cookies through your browser settings (this may affect how the site works for you).
